• Posting or promoting sexual,religion discrimination or violent content in any form.
• Harassment, inappropriate messages, or communication that violates the dignity of any user.
• Attempted fraud or misrepresentation by either customers or merchants.

Any violations may result in account suspension or termination at SeeZoone’s discretion.

## 3. **User Responsibilities**

### Customers:

• By using the SeeZoone platform, customers agree to abide by these terms and to purchase products or services from merchants listed on the platform.
• Customers should review the return and refund policies of each merchant before making a purchase, as these policies may differ between merchants.
• Customers can contact merchants directly through their social media pages for inquiries or disputes. SeeZoone offers customer support for unresolved disputes but is not responsible for product quality.

### Merchants:

• Merchants are responsible for listing accurate product or service descriptions and committing to fulfilling orders once placed by customers.
• Merchants must comply with all applicable laws and the policies outlined here.
• Merchants agree not to sell illegal products, post inappropriate content, or engage in fraudulent activities.

## 4. **SeeZoone’s Role and Responsibility**

• **Facilitation Only:** SeeZoone provides a platform for customers and merchants to connect. SeeZoone does not directly participate in the sale or purchase of products or services and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the items sold.
• **No Guarantees:** SeeZoone does not guarantee the performance of either customers or merchants. Any disputes arising from transactions or interactions are to be handled primarily between the involved parties.
• **Inappropriate Activity Reporting:** Any inappropriate activities or violations of these terms should be reported to SeeZoone’s support team for review and action. We strive to maintain a safe platform and may take action, including suspension or termination of accounts, if necessary.

## 5. **Account Suspension or Termination**

SeeZoone reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

• Engages in illegal activities or violates platform policies.
• Posts or promotes inappropriate content, including but not limited to sexually explicit or violent material.
• Attempts fraud, misrepresents goods or services, or otherwise harms other users.

Customers and merchants are encouraged to resolve disputes directly through the platform’s communication tools. If a merchant fails to address a dispute, customers may contact SeeZoone customer support for further assistance by providing the order number and details of the issue. SeeZoone will not be liable for unresolved disputes but will facilitate communication when necessary.

## 7. **Changes to Terms**

SeeZoone reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

## 8. **Governing Law**

These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq. Any legal action related to buying or selling should be resolved directly between buyer and seller without involving our platform.
